Healing Sessions...(Work with Me)
1) Qigong Healing Treatment
During your Qigong Healing Treatment, Shirley will move her hand several inches from your body to detect and to help remove energy blockages. This is a no-physical-touch session. We will also be doing Qigong movements to help facilitate healing and a guided meditation.

2) Individual Qigong Healing Treatment via Phone or Skype
Shirley offers distance healing by telephone or skype and they are just as amazing as the healings that you receive in person. If Qigong healing is new to you, this might sound strange, but energy is not limited by time or space; the energy that Shirley works with is the same whether you receive it in person or at a distance.
Shirley will ask you the reason for your healing call.
During your phone healing session, please have glass of drinking water with you that is not carbonated nor icy-cold. If you wish, you can make "yin-yang water": boil pure water, fill a glass half-full, and then add room-temperature bottled or purified water to fill it. Allow this to cool a bit, to a temperature comfortable for drinking. Shirley will then send healing energy into the glass of water and you will take a sip.
Then there will be a period of silence, during which Shirley will work to detect any energy blockages in the body, remove them, and send healing energy to you.
When the energy feels right, Shirley will tell you she is going to hang up. At this point, you should meditate or simply rest for the next 30 minutes, drink the rest of your water.
People who have a first-time Qigong Treatment via phone will be provided specific recommendations by Shirley. Then, depending on your progress, at the end of the treatment plan Shirley will re-evaluate your energy for further treatment planning if it is needed.
If a child is receiving the healing energy, the appointment is done with the parent. The parent makes the call and has the glass of water on hand, which the child may drink from later in the day or even the following day (as much as he or she would like). It is ok if the child is asleep during the call.

3) Intensive Healing 3-Day Retreat Packages
Join Shirley at her home for this empowering one on one journey for healing. Shirley will spend 3 days with you to:
- Understand what your health or healing goal is. If you're not sure, Shirley will work with you to find that goal.
- Receive an energy-assessment of your current state of health and vitality so we have a starting place from which to track your progress.
- Learn Spring Forest Qigong Healing Movements face-to-face and receive coaching.
- Experience a SFQ energy stimulation called Qi~ssage.
- Receive Qigong and meditation sessions to clear and balance your body's energy.
